The government have been giving those people houses for decades and they tear them up. They always destroy their houses
They, in general, have very little self-respect or honor. So, they do not respect or honor valuable gifts, like housing.
Tough love is the solution. Everyone knows that. But, we currently don’t have the nads to do it.
