What alarms so many of us from a security perspective is that so many of the statues, the confederate monuments are now modern-day becoming symbols and rallying points for white nationalism, for neo-Nazis, for the KKK.

If the statues have become rallying points, it's because the Left started a campaign to destroy them.

I can't remember any KKK or Neo-Nazi rallies except for a few pathetic ones. And they didn't rally around statues.

Before the Left started its current push, people used to be smart enough to ignore the crazies and the losers who joined those fringe groups.

Remember Skokie? It was 40 years ago. The Neo-Nazis marched; the protesters stood and watched them peacefully; everyone went home alive. Free speech won.
