Here's an interesting point. When I was a school child in Chicago a long time ago, what I learned was that the first star represented "The Massacre at Fort Dearborn" in 1812. (The Potowatami Indians killed more than half of the people who lived in the fort, when they evacuated the fort). Somewhere along the line, the actual event got changed to just the Fort. Sounds like somebody re-wrote history here, but that could be just my narrow view.

A total of ALL major and medium cities should be given once a week.
Nearly every person hit is considered attempted murder.
Now, food for thought. Do you think this would still be a problem if no one missed and every hit was a kill?
