I recall a case back in he 80’s during the AIDS epidemic some loser was spitting at a couple of NYPD Officers trying to arrest him. He was shouting out that he was HIV + and was trying to kill them both with his spit. The dumbass, who was initially arrested for some minor drug offense IIRC, was convicted of resisting arrest AND attempted murder.
