What the hell??
Now I wish I’d read the article I saw somewhere recently that “mistakes were made” (duuhhh) in the most recent crash..I seem to remember there were some true oddities and unorthodox actions taken??
This is awful. God be with these sailors. The Navy is in trouble.
Well they have relieved from duty 13 officers and sailors on the USS Fitzgerald (the ship in the previous accident). The accident report has not yet been released but it is clear that they found major failures in command and performance.
