Haiti is a special place, full of every corruption and evil known to man
There are so many here already that even the perverts will have their cases and inevitable appeals stretch out for years. And if found guilty of possessing child porn, their lawyers will argue they face persecution because Haiti doesn’t take kindly to child molesters. So I’m betting they will stay in Canada no matter what their crimes.
