With the as-described haircut, I would equate him more with that idiot movie critic with grey hair that appears on Fox News and would assume him to be gay rather than Nazi (although I don’t think the critic is really gay... just doing it for his website fans).
It’s just the current hipster (and sometimes gay) haircut and doesn’t even really look like the “neo-Hitler” trim. But nobody ever said leftists were very bright.
