CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — A man accused of posing as his estranged wife in a Craigslist ad that solicited a hit man to kill him has been sentenced to jail.
Public Opinion reported 30-year-old Christian Koelsch was sentenced to a maximum of 23 months in jail after he pleaded guilty to false reports Wednesday.
Koelsch was impersonating his wife when he created a Craigslist ad requesting someone to help her "take care of" her ex-husband, according to police. Documents show Koelsch wrote in the advertisement that he beat and abused her.
Craigslist provided information to law enforcement about the ad, and that helped authorities determine who had created it.
Koelsch had previously been convicted of simple assault. He was resentenced July 26 to a maximum of 19 months in jail after the new charge violated his probation.
Both sentences will be served at the same time.
He has been ordered not to have contact with his ex-wife and complete domestic violence therapy.

I represented the dad in a very custody battle where mom posted a Craigslist ad of her ex supposedly soliciting gay sex. Pictures of you know what and all. And that was not the weirdest part.
Women are very nasty creatures when it comes to men...and to even other women if they are crossed or even think they’ve been crossed. Manipulative and revengeful to the hilt in many cases. And I am a women! It’s not like they’re hard to spot...they play as many if not more games than men today...sadly.
When two men fight, there are rules.
When two women fight, it is to the death.
It is like this not only for humans, but many creatures of the animal world.
Okay, but this article is about a man playing games without rules, trying to get his wife imprisoned for a long time.
Yep...there’s a reason why most male animals don’t hang around with the females outside of breeding time.
Women are often habitual complainers and forget that nagging any man or animal is not going to win his attentions.

Men are up front about stuff.

And some of us women like that.
I can’t stand the games women play and find men much easier to talk to.
That’s how I see it as well. My female and male ‘friends’ are chosen very carefully...and for that few in number but the cream of the crop to be sure!
Both sexes play games..just different. Discernment is vital to sift through those who do.
I have one female friend who has had quite the battle trying to teach herself to think rather just respond emotionally. She’s come a long way....proud of herself and relates so well now to men as well as women. But it was a haul.
If I’d shot my ex when I first wanted to, I’d have been out by now.
Feminism has ruined a lot of lives. We have two generations of day care kids looking for love.
For women, there isnt any punishment for doing so. Note when a guy does it he gets punished.
If they didn’t have that thing there’d be bounty on them.
