No he won’t. Sheriff Joe is appealing his case. He was not allowed a jury trial which is absolutely outrageous. President Trump will wait until Sheriff Joe has exhausted all of his appeals, and then Trump will pardon him.
Or announce his support for Flake’s primary opponent.
