Yeah, it’s part of a series. “The Desk of Mr. Coyote” - others include “The Desk of Q” (James Bond gadget lab) and “The Desk of Mr. Stark”. The artist started out with a Kickstarter thing a few years ago, to fund printing of a poster that contained all of the Acme products ever featured in the cartoon.
