Agree with Trump, he has been briefed on all of the facts, what we are seeing out here is a lot of opinion and a portion of a video.

It's been four days since the incident and I haven't seen anything listing the actual charges against him, or indicating that a preliminary hearing has been scheduled. With each day that passes without any further information along these lines, I'd get more certain that the facts of this case are not as they seem to be.

The irony here is that in theory, the police may have taken him into custody and given him a breathalyzer ... and if he registered a BAC of 0.25 then every discussion about this incident is academic.
