White nationalists descended into the city to protest the removal of a Robert E. Lee statue. The day was marked with scores of people injured in skirmishes between the far right and far left. One person was killed when a 20-year-old Ohio man named James Alex Fields, Jr. plowed into counter protesters. He injured an additional 19 people in the attack. The only thing Sheryl Gay Stolberg noted was that the far left was just as “hate-filled” as the white nationalists who showed up

I bought my small farm in Kentucky two weeks before the 2008 election partly because of this nonsense. I moved there in 2011. I lived in Seattle for 45 years until then.
I’d be beside myself now, based on what has gone on the last six years, if I was still in Seattle. The Lord guided us here. And as incredibly desirable as the 12 acres is, our neighbor moved away and sold us the 20 acres right next to it two years later. :)
It’s a great bug out location for a family compound, but it is paradise in the meantime. :)

I was happy to see it as well, though I don’t think he should have condemned the driver of the car - we don’t know yet how that will be adjudicated. Any juror that faintly remembers the beating (on camera) of trucker Reginal Denny in the LA riot will acquit him.
I also wish Trump would have railed against USSR flags being used in rallies in this country today, with no mention of the millions of murders perpetrated under that rag.
He needs to simply state the media and the rent-a-mob have the same employers.
