Here's the part that I can't grasp, and I don't know why our president is missing it: he is saying that the 1A rights of the NeoNazis/Alt-Right/white nationalists are the same as for anyone else. Heck, even the ACLU defended them in this affair. This is not the same as saying they are as good people as anyone else, just that they have the same rights.
Recommended soundbite: "I am only agreeing with the ACLU that these people had the same right to organize as anyone else."
