Fake news,as are 99.999% of similar stories.If I ever found myself being waited on by such a perv I certainly wouldn't give it a tip...and I certainly wouldn't say why in writing.However,if you're paying with a credit card that's pretty risky.Restaurants are one of the major places where credit card fraud,theft,etc takes place.

Happened to me twice at two different restaurants. Another incident was pretty funny; stayed at a motel and the Indian guy ran my Amex card to buy some Indian food online to be delivered to him at that motel. Amex caught it because it was for 7,5000RLS (Indian money) and I have a hundred dollar “call me limit” ....
