State owns actual mountain, but private company owns all attractions surrounding the mountain.

According to Georgia state law, no one is allowed to alter the figures carved on the mountain. Any changes within the state park would require approval by the state legislature.

Thanks——I’ve never been there but my daughter found it to be quite impressive.

These people who want everything GONE are maniacs.

( I certainly hope your legislature wouldn’t approve of the defacing.)
