I’m thinking Stone Mountain would be the last straw for many. A great and honorable hill in which to defend.

When making the statue there were suggesting to make the statue racially diverse. Forget that this was an actual event. Statues must be PC.
Mitch (2020 Presidential Candidate) Landieu, mayor of the crime-ridden city of New Orleans, started this latest American ISIS statue nonsense. While criminals took over his city and the streets flooded from non-working pumps, he spent $2 million in taxpayer dollars removing Confederate statues.
Maybe the democrat party can destroy the monument with artillery like the Taliban did those statues in Afghanistan.
Next they will go after Mount Rushmore.

These men were fine men, men of their time, brilliant military strategists. Many American citizens today are descended from those who served honorably in their army and they deserve to be honored for giving their lives for their cause.
This was a Civil War, it was an internal struggle...no reason to condemn, deface, and demean the side that lost. Heck we all lost. We lost because the war actually took place.
