Chester County is Philly, which is actually a part of NJ.
Just pointing out what every Pennsylvanian wants you to know. Philly is no longer part of PA. It’s not even part of the US.

Some areas have places called “The Badlands” but I’m not sure which you’re referring to.
I think Southern Indiana has a “badlands” but I LOVE it there. I think it’s some sort of official designation too.
