Actually, a line of Va State Police behind riot shields pushed the permitted rally attenders out onto the street that was occupied by Antifa, guaranteeing a brawl. It was intentional. The vehicular homicide would never have happened if the VSP had just sent the ralliers out of the park to the empty north.
