All the big companies are. One time I accidently took the wrong diversity training. Instead of the ‘Rah rah diversity is great’ BS for the standard employees I got the manager training. That training said (basically), “here is the specific formulas we use to discriminate against white males.”
They say “diversity is our strength” when what they really mean is “unity is our weakness”
