Why would they need all those IP addresses?
Maybe to do denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks to shutdown websites that counter their lies?
I’m for it if is in investigation of particular persons or things related to the commission of crimes, of which conspiracy to commit mob violence would qualify.
A demand to dox the entire user base of any given site, not so much.
I am guessing these are Soro’s and other billionaire’s ip addresses that they have the protesters use for rioting.
That’s a big plus.
