lol- so much for the ‘you’d better call the police instead of taking your defense into your own hands’ statements by police- looks like they won’t be responding if it’s ‘too dangerous’

Think about it. In most cases police show up and start the paper work. Collect data and go hunting. Better do it absolutely correct or the perps walk. In fact... in fact due to liability police and fire assets are under no obligation whatsoever to respond to 911 calls. I repeat...they are under no obligation legally. They do respond... but if there was ever a circumstance where they couldn’t respond or unable to respond they are under no liability because of circumstances beyond their control or beyond acceptable limits of keeping First Responders from becoming casualties.

National guard? They’re on loan, and get screwed on benefits and compensation if hurt. I don’t think their hearts are in it.

Don’t issue permits? Constitutional violation.

Declare martial war and bring in Marines?
Whoa...

Elements of that crowd in Charlottesville was ready for a fight. Churchy folk down their to support the left... need to fire whomever coaxed them into that volatile cauldron.

The mayor? Permits were issued and the permit holders were NOT protected. Should they have been protected? My answer... permits should not have been issued.

Is it time for tort reform?
