North Korea has recalled several of its key ambassadors back to the country for a joint meeting in the capital.
The ongoing meeting reportedly includes Ambassador Ji Jae-ryong, Ambassador Ja Song-nam and Ambassador Kim Hyong-jun, North Korea's top envoys to China, the United Nations and Russia, respectively.

The Target will not be Guam—But something else-maybe an attempt to draw China, Russia, Iran, Cuba, into his Axis. Maybe a fake attack on himself and blaming USA. Might be worth a few thousand lives to beat USA out of South Korea and getting the Americans to Dump Trump.

No, those guys have been selected to be insanely loyal. And if they show any signs of concern or unhappiness, he just placates them with bigger hats. At least it seems that way; those giant hats his senior military wear are just comical.
24 years of appeasement by the last 3 Presidents have made the world a very dangerous place and no telling what the end result will be. Russia will likely play the propaganda game and China is playing with more than firecracker finger busters as they play the watch-see game in hope of finding some leverage to use against us. I doubt that Russia will get active if we have to hit the NORks and I pray China doesn't go all-in and drag the world into a really messy conflict.

If the military sat on its khaki fanny while a Manchurian Candidate was elected twice, I wouldn’t hold my breath that they’ll do what needs to be done about Kim Dung without explicit orders to do so.
The international delusion of Nuremburg aside, militaries the world ‘round do what their told to do and don’t do what they aren’t told to do...and exceptions to those rules don’t last long. No officer is going to independently attack a nuclear armed nation and no private is going to take an armed boat or plane anywhere near NK unless they’re ordered.
