Is racism implicit in the massive disparity between black-on-white violent crime and white-on-black violent crime and does LeBron condemn that as well?

My grandson, a great basketball player, is a huge lebron james fan... my grandson plays the game for real and on TV (Play Station) and most all of his players he creates on that game, are black... he plays on travel teams with mostly black boys).. my grandson has treated them all as equals... it’s not the other way around, however.
All those boys do is play basketball and hope they grow to be tall. Not many play golf or even baseball.. they are into basketball and football...
I like Clarence Thomas, Herman Cain, many on Fox and color means nothing when they are a conservative... but turn on a black liberal and they are loud and wrong! obama being the epitome of everything that is wrong! he set the race back in more ways than one.
