First of all...having been arrested in Montana it would appear that he succeeded in entering the US illegally.
Second...as one with 100% Irish blood going back hundreds of generations I say:
In fact,I want *anyone* caught once being present in this country illegally to be given a warning as they were being deported: "if you're caught a second time it will be 5 years in Federal prison."
I say 90 days for the first offense, then 2 years for the second, or maybe 5 years, out in two with good behavior. Three strikes... go away for a long time.
