Went from 217 to 180 in 8 months using high protein low carb diet. Do aerobics 3 times a week and swim 4 days a week.

Never hungry, only a little bit tired occasionally. Nap helps.

Cholesterol went from 190 to 130.

Feeling good, looking good.

Why does the left hijack the civil rights movement?

I don’t laugh at fat people anymore. I pity them & pray for them. But trying to make morbid obesity the new normal won’t help anyone.

which argued that humans can be healthy at any body weight

They can argue this if they want but it does not make it true. I have a morbidly overweight S-I-L who has had both knees replaced because they were just plain worn out. She can't walk up a single flight of stairs without having to take a couple of minutes to recover at the top. She is NOT healthy. What is a common exercise such as taking out the garbage, is a major stress on her heart. She is NOT healthy. And she is doing nothing about it.

OK, its her call, but don't expect me to sit next to her on an airplane.

Those with a body mass index, or BMI, above 40 are robbed of at least 6 1/2 years, on average, of expected life span, a study has found. And the toll in years lost rises with the degree of obesity, reaching nearly 14 years for the most obese -- those with a BMI above 55, researchers said.

Let's just ignore the science and argue what we wish was true.

For the most part (with a few medical exceptions) being fat is a choice. I choose not to be.

There is no end to the minorities and aggrieved populations that the Libs can create out of thin air.
