The most delicious and cheap cheese that I’ve seen in Israel is made in Poland, and meets the highest standards of kosher. And I usually am no cheese lover.

My sister is looking for wedding locations and being driven batty by the prices in the NY metro region. I forwarded this to her and suggested the Polish cities our father and all 4 grandparents are from. She asked how much vodka, I’d been drinking. Putting aside airfare, she said that we might as well make the family reunion complete by holding the wedding at Majdanek, Chelmo, or Belzec.
