No, we have a problem with ever-louder demands for ever-higher minimum wages, which in turn leads to automation of low-skilled jobs.

Skilled jobs are increasingly being done via automation primarily because of a distinct shortage of skilled people, e.g., machinists, tool & die makers, etc.
