Funny...Ha,ha, pity you totally missed out on who are the Swamp monsters... Congress. Not one dime of tax payers dollars get dealt until Congress initiates. Trump has to deal with the Swamp monsters, we the people send to tax, mandate and regulate US. Few in Congress actually fulfill their oath of office.
