**snip***full title: BREAKING: Alex Padilla, California’s Secretary of State just got served, over Voter Rolls.

Californians voted for Hillary Clinton over President Donald Trump by a whopping 4 million votes.

The first step in any legal proceeding is to serve notice of intent to take legal action and give them a chance to fix the problem. That is exactly what Judicial Watch did. On August 4, 2017, Judicial Watch announced it has notified California’s Secretary of State, Alex Padilla of their intent to sue if California doesn’t comply with the National Voter Registration Act.

Really, Ask yourself: How do they pull the lever if they don’t exist?

First, the numbers of legal voting age citizens are lower than the voter registration totals because of illegals with driver's licenses being automatically registered to vote. They are supposed to be purged, along with the dead and those that move out of the precinct. none of that purging happens, so the deadwood just keeps piling up.

Second, they just run the damn votes through the machines as many times as they think they can get away with. It's easy to hide fraudulent votes inside fraudulent voter over-registrations, because that is about as deep as anybody ever dug into it until recently. This is exactly what was going on in MI during the MI recount, and why it was stopped abruptly - in a recount you have a more rigorous examination of the votes and comparison to the voter rolls and discrepancies are much more likely to be discovered. It's why they couldn't reconcile the votes with the ballots in those Clinton strongholds, even though all the trump areas finished quickly and were almost exactly the same. Think about it. You would only need a small conspiracy to pull that off. It's been going on for who knows how long.

"It doesn't matter who votes. It only matters who counts the votes." - Stalin

No examination of voter rolls is complete until it is combined with an analysis of immigration records at Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

In 1996 the congressional election in California’s 46th Congressional District was won by Loretta Sanchez(D) over Bob Dornan(R) by 979 votes. An investigation by the Immigration and Naturalization Service determined that 4,023 voters had committed perjury by declaring on their voter registration forms that they were citizens of the United States.

Congress investigated but, more than a year after the election, the leadership under Newt Gingrich declined to pursue the matter any further.

The beauty of that system is that they can take a legitimate stack of voted ballots, bang through their candidate, and invalidate any ballot that had two “votes”, ie, the other guy, and pick up any that was left blank.

Not that it changes anything, but does your state require a signature before voting? You might ask them to compare them if it ever happens again...and then bring on holy hell. That is my plan if it ever happens to me (so far, it hasn’t).

I was OK...was collecting eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast...and some sort of insect got in my ear...buzzing away...quite painful

Anyway ...the ER doc fished it out...was a moth.

I have gotten insects out of peoples ear by shining a flashlight into their ear. Moth to a flame!

Yes, but for large changes that trick becomes obvious after hundreds of double votes.

I don’t know how it’s done today. Last time I was aware of it happening was back in the punch card day...

Since Google Guzzle has altered Lincoln from Republican to the National Union Party, it only makes sense that California's illegal votes will be distorted by Guzzle.

So what’s the update with Judicial Watch serving Padilla over voter rolls?

Down the memory hole again, after just one month?

“Trump should outsource the DOJ to Judicial Watch & give them free reign.”

Interesting idea — the privatization of the Justice Department.

With Judicial Watch serving the CA SOS, will that accomplish anything official? Does it have teeth? Must CA comply, or will they just laugh and walk away?

Why isn’t Chris Kobach working closely with JW? They seem to be more pro-active than any government agency. We don’t have much time to straighten our the voter fraud before the next election.

Wait a second. Today’s LA Slimes screamed that we are to be a Sanctuary State. How unfair that these blessed illegals, clearly widely invited in with these headlines, won’t be able to vote! Why, they have as much rights as we do, don’t they? We aren’t racist, are we?
