That’s obstruction of justice.

He accessed classified information (her flight plan) to intimidate her.

She engaged in ethical violations by meeting him. Why did she take that risk? Obviously she was too intimidated to say “no.”

As sloppy as government IT is, no one "accesses" classified information, which is carried on separate encrypted systems. BJC did no access the information. It was divulged to him

A thought: maybe there was a quid-pro-quo — If Lynch would forgo the investigation of her carelessness with the email server, Hillary (as president) would nominate Lynch for Supreme Court.
