Forget calling America land of the free. According to Hollywood icon and actor Martin Sheen, America is the “land of lunatics.”
During a press briefing on Monday for PBS’s newest season of Anne of Green Gables, Sheen told reporters at the Television Critics Association in Beverly Hills that he was “relieved” to film in Canada.
According to Deadline, a reporter asked the 76-year-old Sheen “In that context, it did not sound entirely unreasonable when one TV critic told Sheen, “as former President of the United States, you set a high standard for the office,” adding, “I can’t let this go by without asking if you would like to say a few words about the current president.”
Sheen, being one of the most liberal of Hollywood actors, responded: “We were doing so well without any mention of that dark force…So let’s leave it right there where it belongs. I don’t want to give him any more air time than we have to.”

So, someone from Hollywood inside of California is telling us that America if considered the land of fruits and nuts. Does he understand how strange that is?

This “land of lunatics” made him a rich man. I love how these celebrities are so appreciative of what this country has done for them.
At one time, this type of story would bother me, but no more. Now I just smile when I read them.
This is it folks, this all the left has in their bag of tricks, name calling and demonizing. Other then that their tank is empty.
They have no new ideas and all their old ideas are bankrupt. They have nothing positive to say about America. They are like immature 12 year old that have finally had someone say no to them. They are shocked and hurt and just want to lash out out all those poopy heads that are mean to them.
To Martin Sheen conservative Americans are nothing but poopy heads and I just smile knowing we are winning.
