Turkey has been vying to join the EU for more than a decade, with official negotiants to become a member dragging into their 12th year.

Turkey will NEVER be allowed to join the EU. Unless Erdogan develops nukes and blackmails his way in.

Yeah, that argument always works. And if Muslims already in Europe rise en masse to support the Turkish army, then each muzzie becomes a target for any European possessing a spine and a shotgun.
