That letter also means that she can be questioned by the Senate, House or ... on all matters that concern her dealing with classified information and peoples names that she may have been responsible for unmasking or leaking. Otherwise, she can say, “I don’t have a security clearance and thus can’t discuss anything.”
This has to be fake news. Since she is no longer in a government position why would she get unfettered access to top secret information?
I don’t think she does. This just means she wouldn’t have to reapply for clearance at some point in the future.
