I have dealt with both over the years also. But it really upsets me when they claim to care about your animal and then you find out they could care less as long as they can try and get you in there every month for some BS reason.
This latest experience has me wanting to get an attorney and sue the crap out of her for animal abuse and neglect just to make a buck. She does not belong in this profession. She made the Dog worse on purpose to rack up a bill that should not have been.
If it comes to that, settle. A lawyer will be far more experienced at lightening your wallet than any veterinarian could ever dream of being.
