McCain was re-elected in 2016. He’s not going to run again. In fact, there’s a high probably he will die in office. Btw, one in four (25%) Arizonians are on Medicaid. There’s a large population of retirees there as well who are on Medicare (about 18%). So, it’s easy to see why he’s ok with Obama Care.
He also hates anyone who outshines him, who can see through him, and has bested him...first and foremost, President Trump.
RINOs in congress don’t want to secede an ounce of unconstitutional powers any more than the Dems do.

Trump needs to take AF1 and Senator Sullivan to Alaska to announce some big initiative or new job program. He needs to make sure that Collins and Merkowski are seated near the bathroom at any public affair. He doesn’t have to do anything about McCain, he won’t be around long
