Exactly what I was thinking. They both know where the bodies are buried and they have to stay married.

The marriage testimony exception is not absolute. Never has been. There are many ways a prosecutor can get around the exception. One if she wants to testify. Two, if it is part of a plea agreement. Depends on the crime, also. The involvement of each party is another issue. They can be charged for the Clinton Foundation crimes. Let the lawyers battle it out. Once charged they are all going down.
