They don’t join to be soldiers. They join for the free medical care, which is astronomic.
They’re too preoccupied with sexual identity issues to be good soldiers, IMHO.
Transgender change should be treated like other elective surgery, such as a nose or boob job. If you want it, you pay for it. Do they offer elective nose jobs in l.p. prison or the military? They shouldn’t offer gender-jobs, either.

I read that as of a few months ago, around 250 troops had been reported to start transition surgery. The costs are around $140,000 so that’s 35 million dollars just for them. That money could be spent on medical care badly needed for our troops and vets.
