Justin Trudeau Becomes First Sitting PM To March At Halifax Pride

HALIFAX — Throngs of people lined the streets of downtown Halifax Saturday to see a sitting prime minister walk in the city's Pride parade for the first time.

The rainbow-clad crowd erupted in cheers as Justin Trudeau marched in the procession with his family at his side.

Trudeau was dressed casually in a pink shirt and white pants, while wife Sophie Gregoire Trudeau wore a wide-brimmed hat to shade herself from the sun.

The prime minister waved and yelled "Happy Pride!" to thousands of people along the parade route, stopping periodically to take selfies as members of the crowd called out his name.

A couple of drag queens decked in makeup and voluminous wigs wrapped their arms around Trudeau as they posed for a group photo, after which the buxom blonds thanked the prime minister with a hug.

"What a pleasure it is to be here," he told them. "We all are together."

A long,long time ago I remember seeing a picture of his mother sitting,in public,in a position that allowed viewers to clearly appreciate that she wasn't wearing underwear.IIRC it was said that she was drunk at that time.

I'm reluctant to criticize leaders of countries that are our allies and friends (no,I don't consider Gernany or France to be allies *or* friends) but this guy strikes me as being from a long line utter whackjobs.

I had posted a rhetorical question on a conservative Canadian web site. I was unable to get any answers. Nobody would likely know here, but I will repeat roughly my question. I have worked for a living for over 41 years in Canada. I know what it is to be stony broke.

Just where do these two persons, flanking Justin Trudeau gain their income? In a hard practical workaday world who employs these two, if they work?

Using the old country adage. "Money doesn't grow on trees". One has to pay rent. Pay for food and clothing.

I just recently stumbled upon a story on youtube regarding a Canadian Air Force Colonel named Russell Williams.His case was well known in Canada when it first broke about 10 years ago but I had never heard of it until now.Turns out that Colonel Williams murdered a very pretty female "airman" under his command and was fond of stealing women's underwear and taking pictures of himself wearing them.His 3 hour long confession is on youtube.

He sounds like the kind of Canadian soldier that Trudeau might want to celebrate.
