U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday blasted the investigation into alleged Russian meddling in last year's U.S. election and raised questions, without offering evidence, about Ukrainian support for his Democratic presidential rival, Hillary Clinton.
In a pair of early morning tweets, Trump also said U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions had "taken a very weak position" toward the Democratic presidential nominee and cited "Ukrainian efforts to sabotage Trump campaign - quietly working to boost Clinton'."
Trump did not elaborate or offer evidence about any role Ukraine may have played in the 2016 election.

Reuters doesn't bother to cite the Politico article, but says a letter from the Ukrainian ambassador denying involvement proves the story is untrue.
Apparently, one letter from Kislyak would have been enough to put the whole "Russian hacking" story to rest.

Some misguided US Ukrainians supported liberals and democrats and were working to continue Obama’s legacy - march to destroy US and build commie caliphate by trying to elect Hillary. To continue Obama’s legacy to let the Putin take Ukrainian territories?

So here is the dilemma: Ukrainians are fighting Putin’s Russia, defending their country and freedoms. After Obama promised to work with Putin, he let him take over Ukrainian lands, did nothing to help Ukraine, besides empty rhetoric and letting few “emissaries” to pay visits. American Ukrainians had some hopes that Amerika will help Ukraine. We saw the reality - Obama/Hillary exported some rhetoric and Ukrainian liberals like Alexandra Chalupa, bought by democrat bakshish then were working hard to undermine Trump movement.
Looks like president Poroshenko during his visit in US mended some sores and there will be real cooperation between USA and Ukraine with resistance to Putin’s aggression.
Lying, fake media are trying to portray Ukraine as some Putin’s colony, Ukrainians as Nazis, Manafort helping Russia to elect Trump. Now because Hillary lost election, Russia is enemy, “Ukrainians” helped Hillary....
