The problem is money. Why do states allow Representative / Senate candidates running for office to collect money from anyone outside of his district or state? That sets the stage for the candidate / winner to no longer represents his district or state but to represent the global interests who have the wads of money.
I was glad to see the Dims lose so much money in Georgia when Ossoff lost but that election is an example of the force of money and outside interests trying to override the will of people wanting representation.
So Handel won. She will get to Washington DC and be shown how much money she must get for the party to have any influence. With the internet maybe this guys need to continue to live among the voters rather than moving into the Swamp and becoming part of the Swamp. Who will hold more power over her Paul Ryan or the voters who elected her in?
Maybe it is time to consider doing away with PACS.
John McCain has a foundation? Wow! Talk about corruption opportunities. No elected official should have a foundation. Where is the anger about legislators being exempt from insider trading or going into Congress poor and coming out as a 1% er. How does that work that people served in government service all their lives and come out stinking rich. I do not envy the rich but I hate political corruption.
It is money that keeps our elected officials beholden to the lobbyists and money interests rather than the people.

I think it will have to be far more subtle than that, if the PTB are that desparate. IIRC the Church committee hearings revealed many different covert means to dispose of individuals without a trace (unless the coroner is specifically looking for it), including introducing fast-developing malignancies and heart attacks. The techniques will surely have “improved” since then.

That’s the money comment here. If the RATs ever really told the country what their “real vision” for America is, they would be out of business with 80% of the citizens of this country and cease in a heartbeat to be anything but a few backbenchers from brain dead states.
