In my lifetime, Rizzo was the ONLY Mayor that I’d call great.
Philly had a progression of democrat idiots - Wilson Goode (who firebombed a neighborhood), John Thug Street, “Fast Eddie” Rendell... the previous assclowm NUtter, and the current assclown, Jim Kenny (The Toilet Czar).
Rizzo was the last good mayor.
I haven’t set foot in Philadelphia since Goode was Mayor. I was a baby when Rizzo was in his first term when my mother took me there when we were flying home after a visit to the Jersey relatives.
