The Dems' next candidate almost HAS to be a black female. They need a black candidate, because Obama was elected purely on skin color, and they need the win. They also need a female, for the "historic first" theme again. Either that, or Hillary, since she got more votes (eligible or not) than Trump. Their main choices are thus Maxine Waters, Kamala Harris, Hillary, Michelle Obama, or Shelia Jackson-Lee... maybe Barbara Lee (CA-13, in since 1997), but I doubt it. In any case... I welcome the 2020 race with any of those opponents!!
Trump needs to give more attention to Mia Love (UT-4) at some point, to counter some of this momentum.

How many other people do you know could buy a $4 million dollar home on a salary of $174K or less?$4,000,000... 30 yr mortgage at 4%... that's $19,000/mo... or $228,000/yr... more than her $174k salary... and far more than the usual 1/3 or 1/4 of your salary required by most lenders. Ahem.
