Unlikely from the usual suspects, that they could swim either. Not real popular in the ‘hood. Knee-deep is as far as they go.
Some states have good Samaritan laws (for voluntary help) and others even have a duty to render aid, I believe. FL perhaps has neither. These so-called citizens need to be tagged for life such that it follows their records all throughout life. How sick people in this country have become.
