If a man won't give his life for a woman or a child - let alone risk it - he's not much of a man. And that goes double for a man of your age with most of his life behind him.

But I guess if you were on the Titanic you would be pushing them aside to get your seat in the lifeboat. It is really sad the depth our culture has sunk.

And, as a complete stranger to you, you would know he was a "gangbanger" exactly how? as he flails around in the water. Because he has tats? Because he's black?

I wouldn't ask you to jump in the water and try to bring him to safety, but would at least pick up your cell phone and call 911 so others could? Or would you laugh at him as he drowned?

And, by the way, there are plenty of former gangbangers (many with tats) who are now actively involved in Christian Ministry trying to prevent others from following their former path.
