The California Highway Patrol announced the arrest Wednesday of Yvonne Felarca, a.k.a. Yvette Felarca, a leader in the so-called “Antifa” (anti-fascist) movement, on charges related to a June 2016 riot in Sacramento.
Felarca is well-known in the Bay Area as the leader and public face of the radical militant group By Any Means Necessary, which did not return calls from the Associated Press for comment on her arrest.

She launched her totally unprovoked attack with multiple punches directly in front of the highway patrol and other Sacramento Police Officers but it took a full year to arrest her.
