I’m betting McCain resigns IF, AND ONLY IF, the Arizona governor agrees to name his daughter, Meghan McCain, as his replacement. Gov Jan Brewer will never agree to that. McCain should agree to resign and try living out the rest of his days with family and resign so Brewer can appoint a REAL conservative to fulfill the rest of his term.
