My mother died of lung cancer.
She was a MILITANT smoker up till the end.
She would have definitely voted Yea in this survey,
and was always willing to get in the face of those
who wanted to interfere with her exercise of free will.
Though I was sad to lose her, I defended her right to
make a personal choice as a citizen of an allegedly free
country.

I have a couple of issues with tobacco products. Chew dumps in the parking lot and filtered cigarette butts (and plastic cigar tips) all over the place.
A fine cigar wrapped natural leaf smells okay, pipes too, I don’t even mind a roasting cigarette, but the the litter is, offensive.
I think filters and tips should be banned and go the way of the pull tabbed beer and soda cans.
