Today, Fusion GPS employee Rinat Akhmetshin today confirmed his attendance at a meeting with Donald Trump Jr, Paul Manafort, and Jared Kushner along with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya.
Accusations have arisen that the meeting was part of a wider setup to achieve a FISA warrant to wiretap phones of the Trump campaign during 2016. President Trump himself has accused the FBI under Loretta Lynch of wiretapping his campaign.
Now, a former Trump campaign official reports that Paul Manafort’s phone was subject to FISA wiretap during the infamous meeting.
If true, this FISA warrant would have been carried out under Loretta Lynch, Attorney General to Barack Obama. Former FBI Director James Comey has testified under oath to instances of collusion between AG Lynch and the Clinton campaign during 2016, as well as obstruction of justice in the Clinton investigation.

The FISA establishes a much more stringent standard in circumstances involving the electronic surveillance of “United States persons.” In such circumstances, the Executive may conduct electronic surveillance only pursuant to the FISA’s procedures for judicial review and approval. Each application for a surveillance order must include, inter alia:
1) the identity of the federal officer making the application;
2) the authority conferred on the Attorney General by the President of the United States and the approval of the Attorney General to make the application;
3) the identity, if known, or a description of the target of the electronic surveillance;
4) a statement of the facts and circumstances relied upon by the applicant to justify his belief that . . . the target of the electronic surveillance is a foreign power or an agent of a foreign power [and] each of the facilities or places [to be subjected to the surveillance] . . . is being used, or is about to be used, by a foreign power or an agent of a foreign power;
5) a statement of the proposed minimization procedures;

Check out who all showed up on the same WH 17 hour tour scheduled for the same time, same day, same meeting place, same instructions (discussed in a thread over on T_D reddit.) If correct...... it sure looks like this visa exception, targeting, FISA, etc. was all coordinated from the WH.

Do you think a FISA denial would actually stop this crew from gathering intelligence? Were the lawyer or the rep from Fusion GPS frisked to see if they were wired or had recording devices on them? Too many unknown factors to claim no snooping took place. Plus, who’s to say Comey-style memos of the meeting weren’t created, and turned over to the Dems.
They may have originally been aiming for a meeting with Donald, Sr., but ended up having to meet with Jr.
I belief that Forum was where he heard about the dossier from an ex-British Ambassador. McCain sent an aide over to Britain to retain a copy of it. Wonder if he used tax payer money for the expenses of it all.

I’m sure Lynch, Comey and many others were involved in the implementation of the illegal wiretapping... but make no mistake, the order came from Obama (at the request of team Hillary). I’m also certain that pretty much everyone in the swamp has known about this for a long time... but they’re still betting that they can eject Trump (and the American people’s will) from the halls of power before the general population becomes fully aware of the extent of Obama’s criminality.
This won’t go anywhere. The “black woman set him up” crowd will be screaming.
