Same group that murdered protester Neda Soltani in the street, June 2009.
I know an Army Ranger Officer that was detained at an airport for trace amounts of military grade explosives on his hands from training. That was 6-7 years ago.
What happened?
TSA sucks. My youngest was on a dedicated Military charter from Iraq bringing soldiers home for R & R. His sgt (in full military uniform) was pulled into a room for interrogation. Hispanic last name. They questioned him whether he was coming into the country legally. IN SPANISH. Apparently his answer was quite colorful, but the gist came out that his family had been American citizens for many generations and they needed to quit wasting his leave time.
Good. We don’t need him here
That’s what they’re calling terrorists now?
“Then I will cross Tijuana off of my itinerary”
You should, it’s literally Mexico’s a$$hole!
How did this guy ever get a visa? If we can figure out who he is in about 10 minutes of searching on the internet, why couldn’t the people vetting these folks?
Does that mean that the Baja Peninsula is its pen!$?
The things that pass for news these days...
Yes a big long one
fyi it is protocol for all Customs Border Patrol officers to first speak to people in English...TSA does not interrogate for citizenship.

In Iran, [the hard-liners] say one day we will turn the White House into a [mosque],
Eh, we are just coming off eight years of THAT! /s;)
In addition to all the other issues that need addressing in US medicine and science, the fact that so many US taxpayer dollars go to pay post-docs and researchers from abroad is a very significant problem. First, it floods the US market for bonafide researchers, and discourages US students from pursuing a career in science. Second, it is a pathway whereby US innovation and ideas can be co-opted to other countries. Third, it's an under the radar pathway for those who have anti-US backing to gain entry to the country. In my opinion, every US government grant to a US lab should carry the stipulation that no more than 25-30% of the funding can be used to hire non-US citizens. Too many US labs have no US citizens.

Another Basiji Iranian is sent home, without the opportunity to sample the BBQ pork of South Carolina.
I love it when things work right.
Iran is the cancer.
Speaking of Musloids, I’m using my cellphone so I can’t post the link, but I just read an article in the NY post that there were a number of acid attacks in London. A bunch of “goons” riding motor scooters threw acid in peoples faces. Anyone read This? Sounds like another terror attack to me
