President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have arrived in Paris to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the United States entry into World War I and the Bastille Day.
The first couple arrived at Orly airport just after 8:30 am local time, Melania sporting a chic red blazer and skirt combination paired with red pumps, while the president remained in the same suit with the same tie that he had on when he left Washington.
They're packing a punch with the brief trip that brought them back to Europe five days after the G20 summit.

It’s also the 100th anniversary of U.S. entry in WW1. In addition to the fighting there were US bases all over France in WW1.
I agree that our beautiful FLOTUS is “spot on” and “seldom misses a beat”. I have wondered if she has an assistant that researches what she will be doing on her trips, so she can dress appropriately for the occasion (ex. the flowing black pants outfit she wore on their middle east tour). Agreed - I have said before that she looks stunning with her hair up. So elegant.
Amen.
I don’t like all those sharp swords being flashed around.
Yes, and red is a great color for her.
George Bush I visited France on July 13-17, 1989, and participated in Bastille Day celebrations. He was also in Paris on July 14, 1991, but there is no record of his participation in any celebrations.
He appears to be the only one besides Trump.
